Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging.
Certain products are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Late or missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after it has been approved, please follow the steps below:

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team with your order number and proof of return. We will review the issue and assist you further.

Sale items
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are non refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
If a refund is approved for an eligible sale item due to an error on our part, the refund will be processed according to our standard refund procedure.
Please review product details carefully before purchasing sale items, as all sale purchases are considered final.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to request an exchange, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear details of the issue.
Approved exchanges will be processed once the original item has been returned and inspected. Replacement items are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once the return is approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
Gift credits are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
